Subdivision plan “LA FENICE”

The Subdivision Plan provides for the construction of 10,000.00 m³ divided into two lots of 5,000.00 m³ each. The first envisages the development of the volume into two three-story blocks with 12 units each, while in the second lot the volume is divided into small duplex buildings that can be combined into two-family or three-family typologies. Particular attention was devoted to the study of the layout of the spaces, in terms of livability between interior and exterior — since all units enjoy a private garden — and of solar exposure.
