The intent of the project is to create a building complex with low energy consumption and high formal quality, able to contribute both to improving living comfort and to urban quality, using low-environmental-impact construction materials and techniques of great durability and appropriate value, maximising the exploitation of solar exposure by suitably orienting the various building blocks and through the use of skylights, solar panels and photovoltaic panels.
