The Engadine House. The building represents the typical “Engadine” house. The intervention we propose aims at the typological recovery of the exterior and the layout of the interior spaces for the creation of 5 luxurious apartments, respecting the original structures and restoring, where present, the old wooden structures of the “Stuva” as well as the characteristic “Specksteinofen” (soapstone stoves).
